Terms of Service

Effective date: September 28, 2026

These terms apply when you use authenticnostalgia.com (the "Site") or buy from us. The Site is run by Authentic Nostalgia Media Corp. ("Authentic Nostalgia", "we", "us"). Rentals are also covered by our Rental Agreement, which you agree to at checkout. If the two conflict about a rental, the Rental Agreement wins.

1. Who can book

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate contact, shipping and payment details.

2. Orders and prices

• Prices are in Canadian dollars and are shown before you pay. Taxes are added where they apply.
• We may change prices or offerings at any time, but not for a booking you've already paid for.
• If a price or detail on the Site is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, even after you've paid.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

3. Using the Site

Please don't use the Site to break the law, interfere with how it works, try to access parts you're not meant to, scrape it, or send spam or harmful code through our forms.

4. Our content

The Site's text, design, logo, photos and videos belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You can view and share links to the Site, but you can't copy or reuse its content without our permission.

5. What you send us

If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them without owing you anything. Footage from your rental is covered by section 9 of the Rental Agreement, not this section.

6. Other services

The Site uses services run by other companies, such as Stripe for payment and shipping carriers for delivery. Their own terms apply to how they handle your information and your packages.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the Site or your purchase is limited to what you paid us for the order in question, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn't limit rights you have under BC consumer protection law that can't be limited by contract.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on the Site, with its effective date, applies from then on. The version in effect when you booked applies to that booking.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada. Disputes can go to the BC Civil Resolution Tribunal (for claims within its limits) or the courts of British Columbia.
